​The husband and wife team, Blake & Ashley founded M.A.D Candle co. with one goal in mind: providing a high-quality, luxury, and reliable Online Candle Store. Our passion for excellence has driven us from the beginning, and continues to drive us into the future. We know that every product counts, and strive to make the entire shopping experience as rewarding as possible.

Our wholesale up-cycled candle packages are made from recycled wine, liquor, beer and unique bottles and hand poured into small batch candles made locally in Dallas, TX. We use the highest quality soy and food grade blended wax to create a candle that burns clean and long with the best possible scent throw that will fill your room with one of our numerous essential oil custom fragrances!
Plus, we have modernized wick options from your choice of our new ECO LUX Cotton Wick collection made from flat, braided, cordless zinc free cotton wick to our Crackling Cherry Wood Wick option that also gives you a crackling sound as it burns!

On the package page you can select your scents and enter in your bottle requests and there you can also view the image of our current bottle options.
For EMAIL ordering: Download and fill out the attached order form and email it back to orders@madcandleco.com and we will manually process your order.

We do like to let customers know that top reorder and sellers are as follows: Stress Relief, White Tea, Cool Citrus Basil, Cabernet, Chardonnay and Cabernet are our top seller in the wine candles and Mahogany Teakwood, Cedar & Saffron, Hot Maple Toddy, Tobacco Bay Leaf, Sandalwood are the top in liquor bottles. Beer candles, Mahogany Teakwood, Mexican Vanilla, Leather & Lace and Clean Cotton. We do suggest keeping it to a maximum of 4 scents within a 24 bottle collection.

Shipping Costs / Damage Claims

The retailer incurs the shipping costs but M.A.D Candle co. will insure packages with the carrier. UPS Ground Shipping costs 15-20% of order total.

All our products are handmade once your order has been placed. Our current production time is 2 weeks. That time does not include shipping. If it has passed 2 weeks since you placed your order please contact customer service via email at: orders@madcandleco.com

We do know that last minute events and special occasions arise so if you have a specific date you need your order by, please contact us at orders@madcandleco.com and we will work with you to get your order created in time for your requested date!

If your shipment is damaged in transit you agree to contact M.A.D Candle co. within 48 hours of delivery. Any problems must be reported in writing or by email and retailer cannot return goods until he has received a written authorization. Goods sent back without one will not be credited against your account.

Sales Outlets/Website and Online Sales
• You are only authorized to sell through the retail store that you have listed. Secondary stores as well as website and online sales must receive prior written approval.
Privacy
• Any personal information that you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number and email address will be treated confidentially and will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of M.A.D Candle co. and does not collect or record any credit card details you may provide when purchasing products from the M.A.D Candle co. website.
